How To Return Or Exchange Your Online Purchase:
Your order may be delivered by either DHL or Australia Post, however orders can only be returned using Australia Post.
To arrange your free return, please follow the below steps:
- To register an item for a return please sign into your account or go to Order Status & Returns, both can be found here.
- Select the order and item to return or exchange and enter the reason
- Please read and tick to accept the Returns Policy
- Attach the pre-printed Australia Post (Parcel Post) returns barcode to the outside of the parcel
- Drop your return to your nearest Australia Post Street Posting Box, Post Office or Free 24/7 Parcel locker
- You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. If you have requested an exchange, we will notify you once your new item has been dispatched, along with your tracking number.
- Please note that orders made via our Concessions will need to be returned to the place of purchase and cannot be returned to our distrubution centre or to a Jimmy Choo standalone store.
