How To Return Or Exchange Your Online Purchase:
We are pleased to offer free returns to all customers where the purchases meet our Returns Policy. Please follow the steps below in order to go ahead with your return:
- To register an item for a return please sign into your account or go to Order Status & Returns, both can be found here.
- Select the item to return or exchange and enter the reason (selecting the exchange size where applicable).
- Please read and accept the conditions of return.
- Carefully pack your returns including the preprinted returns note.
- Please place the item in its branded packaging in a protective shipping box.
- Attach the preprinted returns barcode to the outside and seal the parcel.
- Drop your return to any UPS drop off point, which can be located via the UPS website here.
- We ask that you use only the provided returns barcode to return all items back to us.
- You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. If you have requested an exchange, we will notify you once your new item has been dispatched, along with your tracking number.
- Please note that orders made via our Outlet stores will need to be returned to the place of purchase or to our distrubution centre, but not to a Jimmy Choo standalone store.
