How To Return Or Exchange Your Online Purchase:
We are pleased to offer a free returns service for all orders that meet the terms of our Returns Policy.
We kindly ask that you use the DHL Express return label included with your order. Jimmy Choo is not liable for items returned using an alternative method or carrier.
To request a return or exchange, follow the steps below:
Steps
1. Submit your return request here by entering your order number and email address.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and provide a reason. For exchanges, select your preferred size.
3. Carefully pack your items, including the returns note, and attach the return label to the outside of the package.
4. Find your nearest DHL drop-off point here.
Collection Option
If you prefer to arrange a collection, this can be booked directly with DHL via phone or online.
You will need to provide the 10-digit waybill number from your return label. This number also serves as your tracking reference.

Store Returns
Alternatively, selected Jimmy Choo stores may accept returns for online purchases.
Visit our Store Locator to find your nearest store and contact them to confirm availability of this service.
You will need to present your return documents at the time of return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive an email once your return has been processed.
