Manga Printed Leather
- Due to the printed finish of this leather, extra care should be taken to avoid excessive abrasion or scratching of its surface. Care should also be taken to avoid any liquids containing alcohol or solvents, such as perfumes or hand sanitizer, that could cause irreversible damage to the print. Once the print has been damaged it may not be possible to repair or restore.
- Any surface dirt should be carefully removed with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth.
- Accessories Only: Protective foam packaging should be kept to protect the pearl strap whilst in storage, and to avoid compression of the hardware on the leather surface.
Plexi With All-Over Crystal Hotfix
- Adorned in all-over crystal hotfix, this application needs to be handled with the utmost care. With use and wear hotfix crystals can become damaged and the product may lose some crystals, which can then be replaced and restored.
- To remove any loose dirt or dust, a soft, dry, lint-free cloth can be used in circular motions. For heavier dirt, a damp, lint-free cloth can be gently used to wipe each crystal.
- Store products away from sources of heat and humidity and always keep in their dust bag when not in use.
- Protective foam packaging should be kept to protect the pearl strap whilst in storage.
Stretch Knit Fabric
- Take extra care to avoid contact with rough or sharp material which could damage the threads. Once the threads have been snagged, they cannot be repaired or restored.
- Any surface dirt can be removed with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth and used in the direction of the threads.
- For more deeply engraved stains, we would recommend using a suitable fabric cleaner.
Lycra/Degradé Crystal Hotfix With Heart Bow Detail
- Avoid excessive abrasion or snagging that could cause damage to the threads. Once the threads are damaged it is impossible to repair or to restore.
- To clean, use a soft, slightly damp, lint – free cloth. Application of a suitable fabric protection spray is recommended prior to wear to prevent irreversible staining.
- Keep your products in their original dustbags when not in use and ensure to keep products away from sources of extreme heat, such as radiators/heaters.
- With use and wear hotfix crystals can become damaged and the product may lose some crystals. Should the product lose any crystals these can be replaced and restored.
Canvas With Manga Print
- Any excess dirt can be removed with a soft, dry cloth. We would advise against the use of any cleaning products that may contain chemicals which will damage the print.
- Avoid scratching or scuffing the material, as once the print or yarns become damaged, they cannot be restored to its original condition.
- Store products in a cool and dry area away from direct sunlight.
- Wherever possible avoid contact with water. Should the product become wet, blot any surface water with soft cloth and allow the product to dry naturally away from sources of direct heat.
Degradé Printed Lycra
- Do not pull or tug on the material and avoid catching long fingernails. Avoid snagging or pulling the threads as once these are damaged, they cannot be repaired or restored.
- Loose dirt may be wiped away with soft dry cloth.
- If product gets wet, allow to air dry naturally away from direct sources of heat.
- Avoid storing your item in direct light for extended periods, as this may cause fading or discolouration over time.
Satin With Starburst Crystal
- Satin is a delicate material that needs to be handled with extra care. Snagging and excessive abrasion should be avoided as this will damage threads. Once any fraying occurs this cannot be repaired or restored.
- Products can be sprayed with a suitable satin fabric protection spray prior to use to prevent stubborn staining.
- Cleaning and refreshment services can be offered – results will vary as cleaning the satin too aggressively will damage its surface.
- Consideration should also be taken for the velvet straps used in conjunction. A steamer is recommended for at home repairs, alternatively, a repair service is available in-store.
Avenue Vanity Bag
- We would advise to avoid any cleaning products, particularly those with any harsh chemicals that could cause damage or peeling of the lacquered finishing.
- The metal hardware is lacquered and can be prone to scratches if in contact with rough surfaces or sharp objects.
- When not in use, always store products in their original dustbags to minimise exposure to friction and humidity. Prolonged exposure to moisture can deteriorate the lacquer and lead to tarnishing/damage over time.
Luna-P Ball Minaudiere Clutch
- This product is completely 3D printed as a single piece making it highly sensitive to impact. Avoid dropping or hitting the bag against hard surfaces as this can cause irreversible damage.
- When not in use, store the bag in its original packaging and if possible, in the box for additional protection.
- It is advisable to pay extra attention to the antennae of the bag. The antennae design is highly delicate and cannot be repaired if broken or detached. The bag is not to be handled from the antennae.
