You can return or exchange items purchased online in New Bond Street our London flagship store.
You will need to present your returns documents at the time of the return or exchange. Our in-store associates will be on hand to assist with the return for a refund, as well as a new purchase of your preferred item. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your original payment method only, and you will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
For purchases made via our concessions, you will need to return to the original place of purchase to ensure a refund is processed. If you wish to exchange your order, our store associates will assist you with a new purchase. Please be advised that exchanges are subject to availability.
