Leather Tattoo Print
Each pair is printed individually using an artisanal procedure. This process, combined with the variable nature of calf leather, means there may be small differences in the print and colour on each individual piece.
We advise against the use of any cleaning products with solvents which will affect the printed finish. Once the printed finish has been damaged it may not be possible to restore.
The Over The Knee Boot has an internal zip to aid with fitting, but we advise you to take care to use the palm of their hand and flat fingers when trying the boots, avoiding nails & rings which could cause damage to the leather.
Denim Print Fabric
The indigo denim is crafted using the same process used to create a classic pair of jeans. First, the denim is digitally printed and then washed to ensure the colour is properly fixed. Due to the artisanal nature of this process, each individual piece is truly one-of-a-kind, and the colour will evolve over time
We recommend you refrain from using cleaning products on the denim, store your boots in the dust-bag provided and avoid styling them with light coloured clothing. Not only will this help preserve the dye, it will also prevent colour transferring to other items in your closet.
Patent Fabric
Patent can very easily absorb pigments/dyes when in contact with darker coloured materials/products. Once darker pigments are absorbed into the patent, they cannot be cleaned or removed.
Always keep the product in its dust bag when not in use, to minimise the risk of colour transfer from darker coloured items. Avoid prolonged exposure to strong artificial light or direct sunlight.
Due to the specialised coating of the patent fabric, we would advise to avoid heavy abrasion or scuffing. Once the coating of the patent fabric has been damaged or removed, it is not possible to reapply or restore.
Patent fabric will naturally mellow over time, and this is not considered a flaw. The mellowing is inherent to the unique ageing of the material and its authenticity.
Patent fabric will develop folds and creases in the material, making each product unique to its wearer. This is not a flaw and is a natural feature of this material.
Mules with Jewellery
This style is decorated with an ornate brass chain with crystals. Care should be taken to avoid catching the chain where possible. The product should be kept in its dust bag when not in use to keep the hardware protected.
Plexi Wedge Heels
These striking pumps are defined by handmade plexi heels finished with exquisite renderings of the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben. To achieve this effect, the plexi heels undergo an innovative intra-volume laser technique; each rendering is created by melting targeted microparticles. The lightly shaded appearance of each rendering contributes to the innovative and artful nature of these extraordinary pumps.
Optical White Leather and Patent Fabric
Products in Optical White will naturally mellow over time, and this is not considered a flaw. The mellowing is inherent to the unique ageing of the material and its authenticity. To preserve this impactful colour and fabric, we recommend storing your shoes in the dust bag provided and avoiding prolonged exposure to strong artificial lights.
Lacquered Branded Soles
The soles on all styles are lacquered, with the brand names digital printed on the sole. All styles featuring a tattoo design, have the logo laser engraved, rather than printed.
To keep the soles in optimum condition a clear film has been applied to the soles. We advise that you keep the film on the soles when trying any pairs on, and only remove once you have decided to keep your purchase.
Due to the lacquered finish of these soles, marks and scuffs through use will appear with time and wear. This is not a defect and is considered the natural wearing of this type of finish.
