Delivery Exceptions

 

Due to their bespoke nature, Made-To-Order items have an estimated delivery time of 12 weeks. Please note there is an additional 2-week lead time for Bing, Meira, Bon Bon or styles featuring shimmer suede, all-over crystals and all-over pearls.

 

 

We stock the Cinderella edit with very limited availability, however, should your size be out of stock, we can handcraft a pair through our Made-to-Order service. In this case the lead time is 6 months.

Please note that any products purchased with our Made-to-Order Service (including Cinderella styles) are non-refundable and will be shipped independently of any other items purchased within the same order.

 

 

Pre-ordered items are not immediately available to be shipped out to you. We provide you with estimated delivery times on the product page of your chosen item, however please note these are guidelines and may be subject to change. Any updates on the estimated delivery time will be communicated to you by our Customer Services team.

 

If you have purchased a pre-ordered item along with an item that is immediately available on the same order, items will be dispatched as and when they become available.

 

Items are eligible for returns as long as they meet the requirements of our returns policy.

 

 

Due to transportation restrictions, orders containing nail polish and fragrances cannot be delivered to the following destinations:
