How To Return Or Exchange Your Online Purchase:
Your order may be delivered by either DHL or Australia Post, however orders can only be returned using New Zealand Courier.
To request your return or exchange, please follow the below steps:
- To register an item for a return please sign into your account or go to Order Status & Returns, both can be found here.
- Select the item to return or exchange and enter the reason (selecting the exchange size where applicable).
- Please read the conditions of return and tick to accept.
- Carefully pack the returned item, including the pre-printed Returns form ticking the item(s) you intend to send back to us
- Contact Customer Service to request a return label
- Drop your return to your nearest New Zealand Courier drop-off location
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. If you have requested an exchange, we will notify you once your new item has been dispatched, along with your tracking number.
