California: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: 24 November 2023
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”) provide California “consumers” with the right to direct a “business” not to “sale” or “share” their PI (as those terms are defined in the CPRA). Our Privacy Notice provides details about our data practices generally, the rights our customers have regarding the personal information (“PI”) we hold about them and how our customers may submit requests regarding those rights.
If you are a California consumer (“you,” “your,” “yours”) and would like to opt out of the sale/share of your PI, please submit a request using the Opt Out of Sale/Share or Targeted Advertising Form. The information you provide in the form will allow us to identify you in our systems and process your request. Keep in mind, we will only be able to process such request if the information you provide in the form corresponds to an online account, a purchase made by you or shipped to you using the information, or information submitted by or about you on our Sites or in-store.
Separately, you may also request to opt-out of the sale/share of PI collected via Tracking Technologies during your visit to our Site(s) (i.e. Site visit information linked to browser identifiers or other pseudonymous identifiers, which may be considered PI for purposes of CCPA and CPRA, but do not directly name or identify you). For more information about our use of Tracking Technologies, refer to our Privacy Policy. To request we not sell/share PI collected via Tracking Technologies during your visit to our Site(s), you can choose either to:
Click the Manage Preferences button below:
Have the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) enabled, to opt-out of the sale/sharing of your personal information while browsing our Sites. GPC is available in certain web browsers or by installing the GPC plug-in to your browser of choice.
At this time, we do not respond to web browser Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals due the varying requirements and standards for recognizing or honoring DNT signals.
Your request to opt-out of the sale/share of PI via the Manage Preferences button or GPC will be linked to your browser identifier at the device level only and not linked to any other personal information about you, directly, because the connection between your browser(s)/device(s) and your identity is not known to us.
For further information about our privacy practices, your privacy rights and how to submit other requests regarding your privacy rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please contact us at usprivacy@jimmychoo.com or at: Jimmy Choo, 11 West 42nd Street, New York, New York 10036, Attn: Privacy Officer.
