You can return or exchange items purchased online in selected Jimmy Choo standalone stores. You will need to present your returns documents at the time of the return or exchange. Our in-store associates will be on hand to assist with the return for a refund, as well as a new purchase of your preferred item. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your original payment method only, and you will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
