• Clients should take extra care to avoid snagging, abrasion and contact with rough or sharp materials which could damage the threads.
• Satin can easily be damaged by friction. For this reason, please be aware of the delicacy of the material and ensure the item is handled with due care.
• Any loose dirt can be removed with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth and used only in the direction of the threads. Alternatively, a professional cleaning service can be completed by Jimmy Choo.
• To protect the product when not in use, please store it in the original dust bags provided.
1998 72138
• As suede has a natural finish, over-exposure to water should be avoided. Should the product get wet, carefully remove any residual water with a soft dry cloth and allow the product to dry naturally.
• Suede is very absorbent and deeply absorbs anything spilt onto it. Once a stain is ingrained, it can be impossible to remove. We recommend spraying the item with a suitable suede protector.

1998 LEO
• Grosgrain is a relatively resilient material, but we recommend taking extra care to avoid snagging, abrasion and contact with rough or sharp materials which could damage the threads.
• Any excess dirt can be removed with a soft, damp cloth ensuring cleaning motions are completed in the direction of the weave. Should the product get wet, carefully remove surface water immediately and pat residual moisture dry.
• The material can be protected with a fabric protection spray to create a barrier to dirt and staining.
2000 THE BOOT
• Clients should especially avoid contact with liquids containing alcohol or solvents as this will remove the printed finishing of the leather.
• Please avoid excessive abrasion and scuffing, which could cause irreversible damage to the print.
• With constant flexing, the leather may develop wrinkles which are considered the natural wear of this printed material and should not be considered a flaw.
• To clean the leather, gently wipe the product with a soft damp cloth and dry it immediately. Avoid using any cleaning products as this may damage the print.
2000 THE BOW
• Due to the delicacy of the leather’s printed surface, please avoid rubbing the product against rough surfaces as any damage to the body of this material cannot be restored. With abrasion and wear the finish can be removed; this is normal wear for this type of leather and is not considered a flaw.
• This material can be gently wiped with a soft damp cloth and dried immediately. Ensure to keep away from any liquids containing alcohol or solvents as this can cause irreversible damage to the leather.
• When not in use, store away from humidity and sources of heat in original dustbags to prevent any damage from external items.
2000 THE METAL MESH
• Avoid excessive abrasion and scuffing which could cause irreversible damage to the mesh.
• For any damage caused to the metal mesh, we may be able to assist with a repair service. Please contact Customer Services here.
• To clean the metal mesh, the product should be gently wiped with a soft dry cloth. Avoid using any cleaning products as this may cause oxidation on the metal mesh.
• Keep their products away from humidity to avoid oxidization from occurring.
• It is important to cautiously keep delicate fabrics away from the mesh as these materials can easily snag or tear due to the rough texture of the mesh.
