We are pleased to offer free return pickup service for all orders (full price and discounted) that meet our return policy conditions.
You must notify us of your intention to return or exchange your order within 7 days of receiving it. You must then return the item within the next 7 days, following the instructions in the "How to Return" section and on the return invoice.
All returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item. It may be processed faster, but during sale periods it may take up to 7 days.
Important Information
To ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible, please send all items you wish to return within the same order in one parcel, including a Returns Request Form.
Returned items must be new, unused, with all tags attached. Also, shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe boxes, as the shoe box is considered part of the merchandise. Insurance with proof of collection applies only to returns processed using the approved return service through Ilyang Logistics.
Returns:
You may return an item for a refund, and you must arrange for a return by following the instructions in the "How to Return" section.
Once your return is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection in accordance with our Return Policy. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return and refund confirmation email.
exchange:
Exchanges for a larger size are free of charge, but all exchanges are subject to availability and compliance with our Returns Policy. To request an exchange, please follow the instructions in the "How to Return" section and indicate the size you would like to exchange for.
If the original order is returned, it will be processed according to our Returns Policy and a replacement item will be shipped to your original shipping address at no additional cost. We will send you an email confirming this.
Since you cannot exchange for a different color or style, please return the item you purchased for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want. All items purchased can only be exchanged once. If you do not want the item you received as an exchange, you must return it for a refund.
Exchanges that were not reserved online or after collection through Ilyang are not possible.
Refund Processing:
All items returned under our Returns Policy will be refunded to the original purchaser's account, including sales tax, but excluding shipping costs.
Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
