Jimmy Choo Gift Card full terms and conditions:

By purchasing or using a gift card ("Jimmy Choo Gift Card") issued by Jimmy Choo Hong Kong Limited ("Jimmy Choo"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Using the Jimmy Choo Gift Card:

• 1. A Jimmy Choo Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
• 2. The minimum amount to be paid for the purchase of a Jimmy Choo Gift Card is HK$500. The value of the amount paid to purchase the Jimmy Choo Gift Card shall be stored on the Jimmy Choo Gift Card.
• 3. You may use the Jimmy Choo Gift Card only at standalone stores exclusively operated under the "JIMMY CHOO" brand ("Jimmy Choo Boutiques").
• 4. A Jimmy Choo Gift Card will not be accepted at any concession stores whether inside or outside Hong Kong, China or at any Jimmy Choo Boutique outside of Hong Kong.
• 5. A Jimmy Choo Gift Card can be used in full or part payment for any goods purchased from a Jimmy Choo Boutique in Hong Kong, China.
• 6. When you use a Jimmy Choo Gift Card to make a purchase at a Jimmy Choo Boutique, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the Jimmy Choo Gift Card. If your purchase totals less than the value of the Jimmy Choo Gift Card, any balance will be left as credit for you on the Jimmy Choo Gift Card to spend in the future. Monetary change will not be given to you in respect of any outstanding balance.
• 7. If you use a Jimmy Choo Gift Card to make any purchase that exceeds the value stored on the Jimmy Choo Gift Card, you will be required to pay the difference in value either in cash or by credit card.
• 8. You may obtain information about the remaining balance on the Jimmy Choo Gift Card at any till point in-store at a Jimmy Choo Boutique.
• 9. You may only redeem your Jimmy Choo Gift Card in Hong Kong Dollars.
• 10. A Jimmy Choo Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Expiry or Cancellation of Jimmy Choo Gift Card
• 11. A Jimmy Choo Gift Card will expire within 12 months from the date of its issuance and any remaining value will be forfeited upon the expiry of such 12 month period.
• 12. Jimmy Choo reserves the right to cancel the value of a Jimmy Choo Gift Card if payment from the purchaser's bank or card company (as applicable) for the initial purchase of the Jimmy Choo Gift Card is not received Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected.
• 13. Jimmy Choo reserves the right to refuse to accept any Jimmy Choo Gift Card being used to purchase any goods at a Jimmy Choo Boutique if Jimmy Choo or its employees reasonably believe that the Jimmy Choo Gift Card has been stolen, misappropriated, damaged, tampered with or is not a genuine Jimmy Choo Gift Card.

Disclaimer of Liability
• 14. JIMMY CHOO SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR, AND SHALL NOT BE OBLIGATED TO REPLACE OR COMPENSATE YOU FOR, ANY JIMMY CHOO GIFT CARD THAT IS USED WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE JIMMY CHOO GIFT CARD HOLDER, OR IN THE EVENT THE JIMMY CHOO GIFT CARD IS LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN. A JIMMY CHOO GIFT CARD SHALL BE CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID IF IT IS TAMPERED WITH, DESTROYED OR DAMAGED.
• 15. WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO CLAUSES 13 OR 15, YOU AGREE THAT JIMMY CHOO'S AND ITS AFFILIATES' MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU IN RESPECT OF THE JIMMY CHOO GIFT CARD SHALL BE CAPPED AT THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE VALUE STORED ON THE RELEVANT JIMMY CHOO GIFT CARD AT THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF THAT JIMMY CHOO GIFT CARD.
• 16. WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO CLAUSES 13 AND 14, JIMMY CHOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF JIMMY CHOO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
• 17. IN SO FAR AS IS PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, JIMMY CHOO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES IN RELATION TO THE JIMMY CHOO GIFT CARD, AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES WHETHER IMPLIED BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.

Refunds and Returns
• 18. Refunds will not be given for the purchase of any Jimmy Choo Gift Card.
• 19. Jimmy Choo shall only offer an exchange for goods purchased with a Jimmy Choo Gift Card, in accordance with its standard exchange policy stated on the relevant receipt.

Amendments to these Terms
• 20. Jimmy Choo reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time where it considers it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Disputes
• 21. In case of a dispute, the decision of Jimmy Choo shall be final.
• 22. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
• 23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, China and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong in respect of any dispute, controversy, difference or claim that arises out of or in relation to these terms and conditions or the Jimmy Choo Gift Card.Jimmy Choo Gift Cards and these terms and conditions are issued by Jimmy Choo Hong Kong Limited.
