We aim to process all returns within five calendar days of receiving your item. During sale periods, please allow up to seven calendar days.
Items should be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all packaging such as dust bags and authenticity cards. Shoes should also be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box, as this is considered part of the product.
Only returns sent using our approved DHL Express service are covered by insurance, provided proof of collection is retained.
Returns
Items can be returned for a refund by booking your return using the instructions provided here.
Once your return has been received, it will be inspected in line with our Returns Policy. If accepted, you will receive an email confirmation and your refund will be processed.
Exchanges
Exchanges for an alternative size are offered free of charge, subject to availability and in accordance with our Returns Policy.
To request an exchange, please follow the instructions provided here and select your preferred size.
Once your original item has been received and approved, your exchange will be shipped to the original delivery address using the same delivery method, at no additional cost. You will receive confirmation by email.
Please note that exchanges are available for size only. If you wish to select an alternative style or colour, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
Items can only be exchanged once. Any items received through an exchange that are no longer required should be returned for a refund.
Exchanges must be requested online before your return is sent. We are unable to process exchanges once a DHL collection has been arranged.
Receiving a Refund
All items returned in accordance with our Returns Policy will be refunded to the original payment method. This includes applicable taxes but excludes delivery charges.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
