If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact Customer Services with the following information:
- Your proof of purchase or order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Supporting images of the affected area
Our team will review your enquiry and guide you through the next steps.
All returned items are carefully inspected by our quality control team to determine whether an item is faulty or if the issue has occurred through wear or use.
An item is considered faulty if it is received in an imperfect condition or if a manufacturing fault develops within one year of delivery.
Damage resulting from wear is not considered a fault. For further guidance, please refer to our Care and Repair page. Where possible, we may be able to offer a repair; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
If an item is found to be faulty due to a design or manufacturing issue, a replacement may be offered, subject to availability. If you would prefer a replacement, please indicate this when submitting your return request.
