How To Return Or Exchange Your Online Purchase:
We are pleased to offer a free returns service for all orders that meet the terms of our Returns Policy.
We kindly ask that you use the UPS return label included with your order. Jimmy Choo is not liable for items returned using an alternative method or carrier.
To request a return or exchange, follow the steps below:
Steps
1. Submit your return request here by entering your order number and email address.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and provide a reason. For exchanges, select your preferred size.
3. Carefully pack your items, including the returns note, and attach the return label to the outside of the package.
4.Attach the UPS returns label (included inside your order) to the outside of the package
5. Drop your return to any UPS drop off point. You can visit www.ups.com and click "Find Closest UPS Location".
Store Returns
Alternatively, selected Jimmy Choo stores may accept returns for online purchases.
Visit our Store Locator to find your nearest store and contact them to confirm availability of this service.
You will need to present your return documents at the time of return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive an email once your return has been processed.
