Returns Period
You have 28 days from receipt of your order to register your return or exchange and send your item back to us. Returns received outside of this period may not be accepted.
The same policy applies to both full-price and sale items.
Method of Return
We kindly ask that you use the pre-paid UPS Express return label included with your order and follow the instructions provided here, as well as those included with your return documents.
Please note that Jimmy Choo is not liable for items returned using an alternative method.
To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, items should be returned from the same country they were originally delivered to.
Conditions of Return
All Jimmy Choo items should be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all packaging such as dust bags and authenticity cards.
The branded shoe box is considered part of the product and should be returned within a protective shipping box.
Due to the delicate nature of our soles, we recommend trying shoes on a clean, dry, protected surface (such as carpet) and avoiding contact with moisture. Returns may not be accepted if these conditions are not met.
Items that have been altered or repaired by a third party are not eligible for return or exchange. For aftersales assistance, please visit our Care & Repair page.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give written notice within 14 working days of receipt. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing by email to Customer Service.
